ALT Buds work with both iPhones and Android smartphones, so you can pair them with virtually any modern phone. They can also connect to a laptop or computer, as long as that device supports Bluetooth. In short, any Bluetooth-enabled device should be able to pair with ALT Buds for music, video, and calls.

ALT Buds run on Bluetooth v6.0 and support dual-device pairing, so you can stay connected to two devices at once and switch seamlessly between them, for example a laptop and a phone. The Bluetooth range is up to 10 metres in open conditions without any obstacles between the buds and your device.

ALT Buds power on automatically when you open the case and remove them, and power off when you place them back in the case with the lid closed. To pair the first time, keep the buds and phone close together, take the buds out, then open your phone's Bluetooth menu and select "ALT Buds." After that they automatically reconnect to the last paired device.

If only one side is working, first make sure both buds have adequate battery, then unpair them from your device and pair again from your Bluetooth settings. If that doesn't help, resetting often clears the issue: open the charging case lid and press and hold the charging button for 10 seconds until the white LED flashes for 3 seconds.
