HOW DO I CONSERVE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH BATTERY?Noise Explorer works on mobile phone technology and similar to mobile phones, we recommend charging it every night so that it is ready for the next day.The following things will affect the battery life of the watch:Location update frequency, the number of calls made or received from the smartwatch, display brightness, raise to wake feature and SIM credit.• You can adjust the display brightness by swiping down at the clock screen. Note: Set the brightness level at 50% to conserve battery.• You can choose to turn on the Raise to wake' feature in the settings menu as the default setting is off. When turned on, the screen illuminates frequently during normal use.Note: Turn off the ‘Raise to wake' feature to improve the battery life.Make sure that your SIM card has not run out of credit. Lack of credit causes the internet connection to stop working which leads to excessive battery consumption as it tries to establish the internet connection.
,HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH IS CHARGING PROPERLY?When the charging cable is connected to the watch, the screen lights up and displays the charging indication. If it doesn’t then:• Plug the USB cable into a power adaptor and the adaptor into an electrical socket.Note: The power adaptor is not included in the packaging and use the charging cable provided with the watch to charge.• Place the magnetic charger on the magnetic charging points of the watch.• While your watch is charging, the screen will show its progress.• Once the battery is fully charged, 100% charged will be displayed on the watch screen and charging will stop automatically.• Remove the charger once it’s done.WHAT KIND OF ADAPTER SHOULD I USE TO CHARGE THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?We recommend using a power adapter with 5V/1Amp USB power source.Smartwatch does not turn onWHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH IS NOT CHARGING?If your Noise Explorer smartwatch is not charging then follow these steps:• Check the four charging points on the charging cradle behind Noise Explorer smartwatch for damage.• Connect the charging dock to a USB power source. If the screen does not turn on, it indicates that the USB power source or the USB cable may be faulty.• Clean the charging points on the charging dock and on Noise Explorer smartwatch with a damp cloth. However, make sure that the charging contacts are dry before proceeding.HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER THE CHARGING DOCK ON THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH IS WORKING PROPERLY?When the charging cable is connected to the watch, the screen lights up and displays the charging indication. ,WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF POOR COVERAGE?For optimal and reliable mobile coverage, make sure that the Noise Explorer smartwatch is inserted with the correct SIM card. Noise Explorer smartwatch is compatible with leading network providers (JIO, AIRTEL, Vodafone and BSNL) and with 4G/3G/2G bands. In case you are experiencing poor coverage, check with your SIM card provider about the network infrastructure. Check the coverage in your area using your service providers’ coverage map as well. WHAT TO DO IF THE SMARTWATCH DOES NOT SHOW ANY NETWORK?On the Noise Explorer smartwatch, swipe down from the home screen and check the network signal strength and name. ,WHAT IS THE SMART LOCATION UPDATE?Whenever Noise Explorer detects a motion or movement, it updates the location to the server once every 3 minutes. HOW DO I USE LOCATION ON DEMAND?In your Noise Amigo app, go to the location, tap 'update location' and it will show the smartwatch’s position.
,WHAT ARE SAFE ZONES?Safe zones are areas set up in the Noise Amigo app by the parents/guardians. When the watch user arrives and leaves these pre-programmed zones, an optional notification will be sent to the Noise Amigo app informing them about the movement.HOW DO I SET UP A SAFE ZONE?On your Noise Amigo app, go to More, select 'Set Safe Zones’ screen. Tap the '+' icon and move the highlighted zone to the desired location to mark the boundaries of the safe zone.
